Copper Street Brewery

For over 100 years the brewery was one of the most important and imposing buildings in Dorchester. Copper Street Brewery was established in 2018 on the original brewery site, bringing back the tradition of brewing great ales and paying tribute to the Saxon heritage of their beautiful location with their themed collection.

The owners of Copper Street Brewery wanted to give their ales an industrial vibe with a sleeker finish. It was a great challenge to be given, and I wanted to keep the design simple but still have an edge. Changing the colours for each label while keeping the overall look cohesive meant I was able to give each beer its own character but keep within the overall branding.

Ant and Ann have a real passion for their business and brews – it’s great to be able to work with a couple with such drive and support their mission to create great tasting local ales.

As well as the bottle and pump labels I also created other designs for Copper Street including a flyer, business card and poster.

We have been so thrilled with the work done for us here at Copper Street Brewery. We didn't really know what we wanted but Rachel was so creative and quickly hit upon a branding that was exactly right for the business. Our branding, pump clips and bottle labels are frequently complimented. We often need new designs quickly for brochures, invitations  and new labels. These are consistently produced to tight deadline and to the highest standard. The personal touch was very much in evidence when she took the time to travel to visit us to help with our social media. We look forward to working with Arbie Creations again very soon.
